I am very disappointed with this purchase. I will be traveling soon and needed a portable pump. After reading the reviews I figured I would try this one.
So far I have been using the Spectra at home which is hospital grade and pretty awesome.
My first try with these portable pumps yielded barely any milk. When I placed the spectra I was able to pump 200 mls within 5 minutes. 30 minutes of the momcozy at setting 9 only gave me 50 mls prior.
I will give it one more go but overall pretty worthless.
Noise level: very noticeable. Not something I would use in public if noise is what you are concerned about. It is not as loud as my spectra but definitely people around can hear it.
Ease of cleaning: not bad. As with my other pump I have to take everything apart to clean and sterilize. The re assembly is a bit annoying for some reason.

If you have nipples of steel this is your go to pump. I bought this as a back up because of my Elvie Stride pump dying on me and waiting on a replacement. Every setting on 1, will make your roken in nipples feel like they're being severed off of your boobs. While I thought I could adjust and get my nipples accustomed to the new pump (if that's even a thing) it never happened. What did happen was my nipples split, bleed, and were raw!! Raw, and burning with every bath I took. I eventually had to create a soak for them and sit in epsom salt and hot water to get any relief. The pump is a lot louder then my Elvie Stride and you can obviously see it while you wear it due to the larger pump attachments. Do I feel like it emptied me better, No. did I feel like I could pump less due to the strength, No. although I did due to the uncomfortable snatch on each pump. Do I feel like it caused other issue, YES. For someone who has been pumping for 12 weeks (3rd baby)every two-three hours this pump snatched my soul out through my nipples on setting level one.

I received this as a gift and I did so much research and had such high hopes for this product and it used to work great! But two months in it just doesn't have enough suction to get more than a few drops out. I know I'm not empty because my other pump gets some out still. I wanted this product to work so bad.
