Shop with confidence—Momcozy offers a 30-day return period with no explanation required. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
- Condition:Items must be brand new, unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
- Accessories & Gifts: All included accessories and free gifts must be returned.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the official receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
- Exclusions: Clearance items and non-Momcozy branded products are not eligible for return under this policy.


III. Return Process

Obtain Approval: Customer service will respond within 24 hours and send you the return instructions.
Safely Return: Pack and send the item back as instructed. It’s recommended to insure the shipment and bear the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

I. Exchange Rule
Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days of receipt, unused products can be exchanged for reasons such as size mismatch, with the return shipping cost to be borne by you.
Quality Issues: If a product is damaged due to quality issues within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a solution that suits your needs.

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.


II. Refund Details
Order Cancellation: A full refund will be issued for orders canceled before shipment.
Returns:The refund amount will be processed after deducting original shipping fees and taxes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Claims: For products that meet the warranty conditions, a full or partial refund will be issued upon approval by the Momcozy team. Please note that original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
