These silver nursing cups were an absolute lifesaver when I first started breastfeeding. They protect sore nipples from rubbing against your bra and, when used with lanolin, made those first few weeks so much more manageable. Honestly, they re the number one item I recommend to new moms.

They re easy to clean and come with a cute little storage bag, though I d suggest being gentle when washing since they can bend if handled roughly (learned that thanks to my husband!). They were absolutely worth it and one of the most valuable items I had on my registry. I can t recommend them enough for anyone beginning their breastfeeding journey.

I ve had a hard time breastfeeding and this is something that has definitely helped the cracks and soreness. I usually put it on after feeding and leave it on throughout the day. They are unnoticeable and light and don t tend to move. I only put on a few drops of breast milk before putting these on and has made a huge difference. They don t get too cold which was a concern but rather remain warm most of the day while wearing. They are good sized, which I like because of offers more protection. The shields are functional. They are pricey but similar to other silver shields so I would overall recommend.
