I honestly had no idea which flange to use! I ended up buying ones that were extremely large and caused me to dislike pumping.
Im so happy I bought this because it helped me figure out what size I was and which one actually fit. You also get a measuring tape that you can use for other things too.

Whew! You dont know how many flanges I went through until I just bought this product! Its true to size and super durable. Please save your self time and money and get yourself on of these first before you purchase flanges on your own.
