30-Day No-Reason Return Policy
Momcozy offers a 30-day no-reason return policy for unused and unopened products with intact packaging. Returns must include all original accessories and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items and non-Momcozy branded products are excluded from this policy.
Exchange Policy
Non-Quality Issues: Within 30 days of receipt, unused products may be exchanged for reasons such as size mismatch, with the return shipping cost to be borne by you.

Super qualitative and handy!!
So so good! Worth paying that bit extra for a carrier like this! The seat essentially holds the weight up of the baby so your back doesnt get sore! The only thing id say is its bulky, but it does the job and is super handy for travel with the little yet roomy compartments.
I have so many carriers, but this is my favourite one for an older baby who is on the taller side
Great quality, we should have got this sooner! We had the hip carrier from no cost and wanted that strap for hands free. Baby loves it, saves our backs and feels like youre wearing nothing. Love love love it.
IMPORTANT
I saw a review saying that the two buttons came undone and didnt feel supportive enough and I made the same mistake and thought those were the only thing holding it up. There IS a zipper attachment as well for extra support though
Overall, a great carrier. Love that there are pockets for you to hold things. Super easy to use/put on and off. The seat is huge though so it is definitely meant for kids who are a bit older (a few months to possibly toddlerhood). I think the minimum weight for this is 6lbs, which is newborn. And this definitely was not comfortable for my newborn despite being over the minimum weight.
Such a great purchase. Sturdy and holds well. It has a cushion for my baby so shes comfortable. I really like the double security with the strong Velcro and clip that locks. The chest (or back) attachment is sturdy as well and comfortable for baby! Getting lots of use out of it.
