September 30, 2025 – Momcozy, a trusted leader in innovative baby mobility solutions, successfully hosted its "Safe Journeys: A Momcozy Guide to Traveling with Baby" expert workshop on September 26, 2025, at the Babylist Beverly Hills Showroom. The two-hour comprehensive session equipped parents with essential knowledge and practical skills for safe babywearing and stroller use during family travels.
Led by Toi Nicolas, Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) and Founder & CEO of Motherhood Together, the workshop addressed critical safety considerations that parents face when traveling with babies from newborn through toddler stages. Attendees gained hands-on experience with Momcozy's complete range of travel-ready mobility solutions, learning proper techniques for carrier transitions, stroller navigation, and creating comfortable travel experiences for their little ones.
The interactive workshop covered four essential areas of travel safety:
Babywearing Safety Fundamentals – Participants mastered the T.I.C.K.S. guidelines for safe baby carrying, learned proper newborn positioning techniques, and discovered how to recognize when their child is ready to transition from traditional carriers to hip seat options.
Developmental Transitions – The session provided clear guidance on moving between carrier types as babies grow, understanding weight limits and developmental milestones, and maximizing comfort for both parent and child during extended travel periods.
Stroller Navigation Strategies – Parents learned practical skills for navigating airports, public transit, and various terrains safely, along with airline protocols for gate-checking and proper folding techniques for Momcozy's ChangeGo and ClickGo strollers.
Comfort Zone Creation – The workshop addressed real-world challenges including temperature management in carriers, sun protection strategies, and efficient packing techniques using stroller storage compartments.
