    I had been interested in this pump ever since I saw its advertisement on Facebook. My goal was to find a discreet option for use at work while pumping. While my initial experience was somewhat disappointing due to the vacuum performance, customer service was very helpful in sending a replacement. Although the new unit still doesn't quite match the vacuum strength of my expectations, it is indeed discreet and aesthetically pleasing. Considering the investment I made and the savings I put toward it, I had hoped for a slightly better performance. Additionally, the cost of replacement parts is quite high, which makes me hesitant about continuing to maintain it due to its functionality.
