This item has helped me with clogged ducts multiple times. It has multiple heat and vibration settings that can be used together or separately. The curved shape allows easy placement in your bra so you can use it while pumping. The charger is a bit irritating as it is item specific and would be difficult to replace if lost.

The heater works great. The massager is also nice- not to over powering.

Hard to use while pumping and will not try on the same side I am nursing. It would be to difficult.

my wife has suffered from mastitis in our previous pregnancies and with some difficulty breast-feeding this time around, we bought this device and it really came in handy, where the massaging feature really broke down. The knots of old milk had hard enough in her breast and the heat sensor really does a good job of applying Heat in areas that youre looking to help breakdown overall this device extremely satisfied surpassed our expectations great quality though I feel the price point would be better at $20.00 but it could be that Im cheap. The build quality feels and look good medical grade. Battery held up nicely. Would recommend to any nursing mother with issues with breastfeeding.

The lactation consultant I worked with in the hospital was very impressed with this little massager. My only complaint is sometimes the heat stops working and I'm not sure if it's a safety feature or a malfunction. It definitely helps before nursing and even when pumping.
