My wife and I ordered this baby monitor and have loved so many things about it. The resolution in the dark is very clear, and the zoom feature is wonderful. The lullabies are great, and it is nice to be able to adjust the tune and volume easily. This past month, we had an unfortunate event that resulted in a cracked screen. We reached out to Mom Cozy, and they were very responsive in getting this completely replaced in a short period of time. Thank you so much for the great product and even better customer service!

Not had the monitor long so can't speak for longevity/lifespan but so far, it's so much better than the previous one we had! Range is very good for us, battery on monitor screen seems long lasting too.
One really useful thing which the description doesn't seem to say is that the camera has a 3/8" thread on the bottom (same as most camera tripod mounts) so it can be screwed to stand/tripod/mount really easily. We're using a small microphone stand with a 1/4" to 3/8" adaptor and it's perfect and portable!

Purchased this for my twins because I wanted a monitor separate from my phone and that didnt need to be connected to wifi or have to download an app. Its very easy to set up and the monitor has a good size screen. I use the spilt screen for my twins. Recently randomly both screens went white and I panicked. I emailed the company in the middle of the night and they responded the same night with solutions. I asked for a new monitor and I received one within in 2 days. Great customer service.

This monitor worked so well when it comes to visuals. The view was perfect and being able to adjust from the tablet or parent monitor is wonderful.I am concerned.When i went to adjust the camera, my fingers felt the camera lense and it was hot! Not warm but burned me. I immediately turned it off and tried to contact the company. No word yet but that is def not right. Please take a moment to feel your camera lense if you use this product. It was only plugged in for a half hour. I am hoping i just got a dud but will wait for company to respond.Last thing anyone needs is a fire.
