I really expected more from the S12 pump because of all the hype surrounding it and the price of it. I have lost milk from the bottom of this pump multiple times. I don’t produce a lot, so what I do is precious. I triple check the seal is fully closed, but regardless the bottom still pops open. The picture attached is just from me picking up my baby. Not playing around or moving too much. This is really upsetting. I hate that I spent the money on this just for me to have to sit still and hardly move without losing milk. I would’ve just stuck with my Medela if I would’ve known this was the case.

Worked for about 2 months. Bought 2 whole
sets so I could keep a set at work. Both sets of motors lost suction power after 2-3 months. I contacted customer service and never received a response.

I bought this pumps on the 30st December 2024, since than was problem after problem.
- To start stock was not available (situation was handled successfully with customer service)
- Falange 24mm was not fit, customer service sent me link to order the appropriate falange size, but the overall is only made for 24mm, meaning does not fit other different nipple sizes.
Contacted customer service again to expose the situation of spending money again and again and still not able to use the pump... Asked for correct linker to be able to use it (as my baby born premature i really been desperate for it), customer service apologized and propose offer me the overall that would fix my problem. Waited again, and arrived the 24mm again the wrong size, like they NOT PAYING ATTENTION at all to the emails and all i been explaining and asking help for, i complained and only then they said they only have 24mm, when was told initially i could order other sizes etc and so on, basically a big mess this was and a lot of money was spent...
-NOW I STILL don't have a pump after spending all this money...
-Have a premature baby in intensive care that needs my milk and me with this problem back and foward.
HONESTLY DON'T RECOMEND MOMCOZY PUMPS at this point, neither the customer service as at the last email they still telling me to order again what i already did and have explained, and the real problem which is the linker part still ignored, although they are nice they dont seem to understand your…

I was skeptical of this pump when I ordered it, because I owned a Momcozy S9 and it couldn’t fully empty me. But I needed a portable pump and the reviews were great, so I decided to give it a try. This pump is a game changer! My regular pump was a Spectra S1 and this pump has almost completely replaced it. I use it every day and it empties me just like my Spectra. I also think it’s help increase my supply. I love it! DON’T FORGET these come with a size 24mm flange which is huge. There is a nipple measuring tool in the box so you can order flange inserts. If you’re not using the correct flange size with any kind of pump it will be painful and will not empty your breasts.
