I didn’t even get to use my pumps they came defective. I’m trying to contact customer service and I have no luck in getting anyone on the line or the live chat on the website. I ordered May 19 and just received June 16 took so long to get here and I waited patiently for it to not even turn on. I was so excited to try my first hand free pump and now I’m left with a non working 229 dollar pump. Very disappointed.

I have a few of the Momcozy wearable pumps like the M5 and S12 pro.
Now with the new Mobile Style pump I cant say that I prefer it over the other two.
I feel the suction even in the lowest setting is too strong for me that it almost hurts. I also had issues with the collection cups leaking in me even after double and triple checking it was fully closed, which can be very irritating. Its not a bad pump, but just not my favorite. Out of all three I prefer the S12 pro pump to really feel like I have drained my breasts completely.

4 stars because the constant delay in shipping. The shipping changed 3x since ordering it within 2 weeks, took about a month to receive it. I was hesitant on getting another wearable breast pump as they do not fully empty me. I tried the v2, phanpy, and lansinoh discreet duo which they did not empty me at all, had terrible output getting 4oz less compared to my spectra or pumpables genie advanced. This pump has emptied me so well! It's discreet and so comfortable, lightweight to wear. I was also having issues with the duckbills after a few uses the mouth would not fully close, so I used the ones that came with the V2, and they worked so much better. Also, be careful with moving around at a fast pace because it does splash. The pour spout could be better. The aesthetics this pump is so cute. I do recommend this pump overall!!

I got this pump today and went to charge the motors. for the first time. When I go to unplug it, it turns on and I can't turn it off or change any settings. I let it run for the 30 minute cycle and it turned off... just to turn back on. Pretty bummed.
I did try out the other motor (that didn't have this issue) and really liked the pump itself. It's comfortable and the suction was good. It's a big investment however for the motor to not work right off the bat.

Im in love! I am an under producer and normally get maybe 1oz but right away I am getting more with this pump. I love the three different modes and that I can see the time! I have the s9 pro but this one feels more comfortable. I am larger chested so theres no hiding the pump but it is more natural instead of like a block. Also since I am an under producer I love that the number start smaller and you can read them. Overall I am so happy with my purchase! The case is perfect, I tend to pump while driving so I dont have to use space in the diaper bag.
