I bought these to adjust the size of the 24mm standard flange on my portable pump. However, when I'm wearing the pump, the plastic is too long and it blocks the hole in the back stopping suction. For some reason it is only happening with one so I'm not sure if it is a defect or not. I wish I would have tried out one before purchasing for both pumps.
