as a first time mom i was looking for anything to give me relief from my sore cracked nips and these tremendously! they are sturdy and dont bend easily, they are very lightweight and barely noticeable in your bra. there are small holes to provide some ventilation aswell.Nice cooling feeling when you put them on and they also serve as a shield to stop your shirt from grazing your nips and causing pain. i dont think theres a downfall ifthey are bigger than you need, works the same so dont stress about the sizing.

These are 100% more comfortable to wear than my original ones that would leave a pressure ring on my skin, these lay more flat with better surface area so they are more comfortable to leave on.Soothing relief and so far no tarnishing! They clean easy with a quick rinse and I believe silver is naturally anti microbial. They are thick and durable and light weight.I have no issues with leaking while wearing but do hold a burp cloth under when removing.I appreciate the .999 pure silver compared to .925 material. Great value considering the current cost of gold and silver too.

These absolutely helped with my cracked nipples in the early days of breastfeeding. It was a HUGE help to keep from touching the bra or the nipple pads in my bra. Nothing was stuck to the sore nipples, and they kept them from getting all dried out. Very very helpful. I would absolutely recommend - I used with my 2nd baby so I didnt use them very long because I just built up the nipple strength a little faster this go around - but I WISH I wouldve had these for my first. They wouldve been a life saver.

I am so surprised how well these work. I had very sore nipples the day I started breastfeeding, and baby was (still is) cluster feeding. I put this on, and it felt SO much better when baby latched 5 mins after. I am currently still using it, and it has helped with the soreness so much.
