This product works well, and fits my Spectra pump. It only comes with 1 of each size, so you need two boxes to have a full set of each size.

Do not waste your time. Im writing this at 4am with two chafed up Nipples. Its sad that you think your finally gonna get the right size only to find out all they do is make your pain worse. There is no nipple protection like there is on the 24mm. Your nipple rubs up on the sharp hard plastic. It has created chafe sores on my nipples. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
