Check the position of the bra - adjust if it is too low. Each underwire should be placed directly under the breast.
Place the breasts in the bra. Slide your right hand from the side into the left cup and gently sweep your body into the cup from the side and, if necessary, from the bottom, while holding the underwire with your left hand, you can bend it slightly. Do the same with the right cup.
Put the breasts in the cups
Make sure the bra strap at the back is horizontal. Grasp the underwires under the breasts with your fingers, bend over, and then gently shake the bra from side to side - this will allow the breasts to naturally fit into the cups.
You can also shake your torso instead of your bra. You can perform this step instead of or in addition to the previous one.

Remember to have the correct posture after putting on the bra, i.e. stand straight (in natural straightness, do not overstretch), without slouching. Your bra should fit you upright, not hunched down - it should encourage you to breathe deeply. If in this position there are bulges above the cups, it is a sign that the cups are too small.
Scraping and pushing
You may have been encouraged to reach as far as possible towards the back when sweeping your breasts from the sides into the cups and try to push as much of your body into the cups as possible. With the so-called however, it is not worth overdoing it.

And now I will tell you how I put on a bra every day - once it is properly fitted:
- I pull the straps over my shoulders and pull the makeshift cups over my bust
- I fasten my bra in the back
- Similarly, I bend over, grab the underwires of both cups with my fingers and shake them left-right. Sometimes I just shake my torso without holding my bra - that works too, and it's faster
- Moreover, I straighten up and make sure that everything is as it should be - for example, that the nipples are not too low. If necessary, I "catch up" something or repeat shaking.
Sometimes it turns out that the straps got too long the last time you wore them, or the bra stretched and you have to fasten it to the next hook. Now is the time to make corrections.

There is no just right way to wear a bra. Some of us prefer to fasten the bra in the back, others - in the front, and then twist it to the correct position.
Some first put the straps on their shoulders, and then fasten the bra at the back - others do it in the reverse order. Some adjust the straps in the worn bra, others prefer to take it off, move the regulators a bit and put it back on. There are enthusiasts of scooping, shaking and both.
