BEVERLY HILLS, CA – November 21, 2025 – Momcozy hosted its latest expert session, "No More Sleepless Nights," within its dedicated branding space at the Babylist Beverly Hills Showroom this Friday. Hosted by mother of four Natalie Gouché, the event featured Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant Chloe Fries for an in-depth conversation on the science of infant sleep, soothing techniques, and creating a restful home environment.

Decoding Baby Sleep: The “80/20” Rule The session opened with a deep dive into the realities of sleep cycles and wake windows. Fries immediately set a tone of empathy, encouraging parents to release the pressure of perfection. She introduced attendees to the "80/20 rule" regarding sleep expectations:
"If you're providing your child with the right tools, the environment, the teachings... you can expect great sleep 80% of the time," Fries explained. "The other 20% of the time is life. That's travel, that's we moved homes, that's sickness... It's not gonna be perfect, and that's okay."
Fries also demystified the dreaded "four-month sleep regression," reframing it as a developmental milestone where a baby’s sleep cycles mature to become more like an adult's, rather than a scary setback.
Creating a “Womb-Like” Environment A major focus of the talk was using the right ecosystem of products to mimic the comfort of the womb. Fries highlighted that sound is a crucial element for soothing, utilizing the Momcozy Baby Sound Machine to demonstrate. "It takes that sound that has naturally come out... that’s what they hear in that womb all the time," Fries noted, advising parents to find deep brown noise to trigger a calming reflex.
The discussion also covered the importance of air quality and temperature for comfort, showcasing the CozyBreath Baby Air Purifier and the 5-Inch Smart Baby Monitor as essential tools for parental peace of mind.

Hands-On Soothing and Swaddling Moving from theory to practice, the event featured a demonstration of the "5 S’s" soothing technique (Swaddle, Side/Stomach, Shush, Swing, Suck). Attendees participated in a hands-on workshop using the Momcozy Easy Swaddle Wrap, learning how to achieve a safe, snug fit that calms the startle reflex.
Fries addressed common concerns about babies resisting the swaddle, explaining that resistance is often just a transition: "If you can swaddle that baby... it will help them feel safe... and oftentimes it can translate that swaddle to longer stretches of sleep."

Community and Flexibility The event concluded with a Q&A session where parents asked about everything from nap transitions to congestion. The overarching message was one of flexibility and grace. As host Natalie Gouché summarized during the closing: "Parenthood just makes you become a little bit more flexible because you're not able to determine how every single thing is gonna be... we're just gonna breathe through this time."
Momcozy continues to lead the conversation in parental support, proving that while sleepless nights are a part of the journey, the right tools and community can make them manageable.
